Textured Arrows
A brand is so much more than just the logo. To understand this, you need to know that the logo is the graphic symbol that represents the person, company, or organization. Some logos have become so recognized that it has become their sense of identity. And that was one of the messages that I tried to relate to when I designed this winery company. The brand of this company is much more difficult to define. It encompasses the logo and the full visual position created by the brand identity. But it also includes many other areas that are not part of the strict design, such as the content, messaging, and story telling. The biggest lesson that I learned from this project is that the brand is how you define and promote yourself and how others define and view you. You never have complete control over your brand because it is not wholly generated internally.

Textured Arrows is a winery that brings the love of  wine and art into one, wholesome business. In 2015 I was assigned the task of creating my very own brand, with no limitations. The possibilities were endless. So, I decided to combine my love of art with the elegance of the winery world. It all started out with a logo and from there the creative flowed. I created everything from the company's very own brandbook to engraving the coasters you'll see below.
